"BIS" Ltd. has a permanent own import of aluminized sheet metal, from which it produces all sizes of standard (400/600; 460/660; 600/800 mm) and non-standard sizes of pastry trays.

In recent years, aluminised sheet metal has established itself on the market as the most suitable material for the manufacture of trays for the confectionery and bakery industries in leading European countries such as Italy and France. It combines the positive qualities of aluminium and ordinary steel (black or 'blue') sheet.

The aluminium coating ensures better heat conductivity, thus more even baking of the product. At the same time, the core of the sheet is black steel, which prevents the more serious temperature deformations characteristic of pure aluminium and stainless materials such as AISI 304.

However, we retain our production of pure aluminium sheet trays in standard (400/600; 460/660; 600/800 mm) and non-standard sizes.
